There are many patents and technologies left unused. A special metal coating for a glass that shuts off heat and harmful ultraviolet ray is one of them.
However, the application work was difficult. We studied a method to apply this coating easily and finally invented the film forming method. It allows application to both inside and outside of any glass including flat/curved glass, large glass and mesh grass. The formed film is clear and hard (7H, equivalent to pencil) with a visible light transmission of about 80% and free from any distortion and unevenness. The tool in use is a general spray gun. It is a dream technology. It really decreases the sensible temperature in hot season by 10C. It can improve the cooling/heating efficiency.
